• Maintenance-free living includes all maintenance of your apartment, the common areas and the exterior of the community

• All utilities are paid for, including basic cable TV, except for telephone and Internet connections/monthly rates. Assistance provided in establishing these services 
• Incredible location as community is set on 80 sprawling acres which feature winding walking paths, tranquil ponds and cascading fountains
• A wide range of educational, social, wellness, recreational and spiritual programs and activities are provided on a regular basis by our life-enrichment department. Additionally, a variety of off-campus activities and events are regularly scheduled for dining, shopping, casino trips, etc.
• Simple Solutions Personal Assistant Services. Our personal assistants can provide a short daily visit to help start your day, including making your bed, changing linens, removing trash and assisting with putting together a light breakfast. We also can accompany you to dinner, the beauty shop, wellness clinic or events at Marian Village. We will provide transportation and accompany you to doctor's appointments in Orland Park, Palos, Lockport, Homer Glen, Tinley Park and Joliet. And, if you are not feeling well, we can run errands for you, pick up your groceries and even assist with the laundry

This reputable facility offers services in the following specialties: cardiology, gastroenterology, geriatrics, internal medicine, hematology/oncology, podiatry, physical rehabilitation, radiology, neurology, general surgery and a clinic laboratory
• Priority access to skilled nursing care at one of the other Franciscan Communities, if needed
